Service Description
This service allows you to turn your photoshoot/ videoshoot vision into reality. Book a consultation to discuss ideas, theme, location etc. After the consultation is complete, a non-refundable deposit that gets applied to your overall service will be collected. Next a mood board, styling guide, location options, and any other materials will be compiled and sent over to you to ensure a successful shoot. Once everything is together it's time to shoot! I'll be in attendance to help with wardrobe, posing, and just making sure you look your absolute best. Prices for this service vary based on the following: number of outfits needed, location of shoot, duration of shoot, and turnaround time.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Process: Please read everything before moving forward with my services. Thank you! Consultation: All new projects begin with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and expectations. This can be scheduled via email or my booking platform. Proposal & Agreement: After the consultation, I will provide a proposal within 3-5 business days of the consultation including: the mood board, location recommendations , prop suggestions, shoot day checklist, on-site styling, and anything else required for the project. Please note that I do not book the location, outfits, props, or photographer for you, however this can be provided for an additional fee. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit that is 50% of your overall service (ex: a $160 shoot would require a $80 deposit) is required to confirm the booking. The deposit will go towards your remaining balance and the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 3 days in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but availability is not guaranteed. Your deposit is transferable to the new date. Creative Director Cancellations: In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule, a full refund of any payments made will be provided, or we can reschedule for a mutually agreed date. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, as a reminder the deposit is non-refundable so no refund will be issued. If the client wants to re-book after a no-show another deposit would be required. Revisions & Adjustments: All projects include up to 2 proposal revisions within 72 hours of receiving the proposal. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to extra fees. After 72 hours of receiving the proposal no major revisions are allowed. (Ex: entire concept change, photo shoot becoming video shoot etc.) Communication: All communication regarding bookings, rescheduling, and project updates should be conducted via email unless stated otherwise to ensure proper documentation.
